Flock XR is designed to run on a wide range of devices — including older laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, and many mobile phones. You do not need a powerful or high-spec machine like those used for professional 3D tools.
If your device can run a modern web browser with WebGL enabled, it can usually run Flock XR.
