FlockXR Refunds and Returns Policy — Digital Products

This policy explains how refunds and returns work for digital products purchased from FlockXR.
FlockXR products are supplied as digital downloads. No physical item is shipped.
Because our products are digital, they cannot be physically returned. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or because you no longer need the product.
If a digital product is inaccessible, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us. We will review the issue and may offer one or more of the following, depending on the circumstances:
- help accessing or downloading the product;
- a replacement download link;
- a corrected or updated file;

- email address used at checkout;
- the product purchased;
- the reason for your enquiry.
We may ask for additional information to help us verify the order and assess the request.
As FlockXR products are digital, there is no physical return address and no physical return process.
