If you are a young person, ask a trusted adult if you are unsure about anything.
2. Flock XR is free to use
Flock XR is free for everyone to use.
You do not need an account or subscription.
3. You stay in control of your projects
When you use the Flock XR creator tool:
- nothing is uploaded to our servers
- you choose what to save or delete
- your creations belong to you
4. Safe and responsible behaviour
To keep Flock XR safe for everyone, you must not:
- create content that is harmful, violent, or illegal
- try to damage or disrupt Flock XR
- try to access areas of the platform not meant for users
- upload harmful files or viruses
- bully, harass, or harm others
- use Flock XR in ways that break the law
Please use Flock XR kindly and responsibly.
5. For teachers and group leaders
Flock XR is designed for safe classroom use. Adults are responsible for:
- supervising young people
- guiding safe and positive online behaviour
- following their organisation’s safeguarding policies
6. What Flock XR provides
We do our best to offer:
- a reliable, easy-to-use platform
- regular improvements and updates
- support materials through our hub
But we cannot promise:
- the platform will always work perfectly
- no bugs or mistakes will ever appear
- the service will work on every device
We fix problems as quickly as possible.
7. Looking after your work
Always save your project files to your device. We are not responsible for:
- lost work
- device issues
- problems caused by internet or network failures
- anything you have not saved
Make saving a habit — it keeps your creations safe.
8. Updates and changes
We may update Flock XR at any time to:
- add new features
- improve performance
- fix bugs
- support new devices
We will keep the experience familiar and fun.
